What is the area like?
Davutlar is south of Kusadasi centre and 7 kilometres from the delightful Dilek Peninsula, a wonderful green area with a sea shore, the perfect spot if you want to combine a nice swim in the sea and be close to nature itself.
This is a very up and coming area close to the main resort of Kusadasi, where of course you will find everything you need from a larger tourist resort.
Kusadasi is a popular resort with plenty to do in the winter and you can also see the world’s largest cruise liners arrive into the port, or you can relax by the small marina which is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and a small shopping centre, as well as being home to the Kusadasi international golf course..
Izmir airport is just 45 minutes away and Bodrum airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away, so two options to get there.
Where are the villas?
These wonderful villas can be found in Davutlar, only 2 kilometres from the centre of the village, but just 500 metres from the beautiful sandy Paradise beach, which is one of the best loved beaches in the area, so it is a great location whether you are looking for a holiday home or a place to live.
There is local transport in and out of the main resort of Kusadasi it is very easy, quick and reliable, or if you have your own car then it’s an easy drive.
A drive or Dolmus ride back to the main highway, where you will find small shopping malls with plenty to do, including a cinema and small children’s outside fun fair.
Located just across from the beach is the Island of Samos, it is only 2 kilometres away and some days it feels even close enough to touch.
What are the villas like?
This complex consists of 60 detached villas which have been divided into four smaller sections of just 15 villas in each. Each section of villas has its own communal swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace. However, if you wish, you can enjoy any of the four communal pools throughout the complex.
Upon arrival you will see that the site is extremely well maintained, and great attention has been paid to the gardens; these communal areas are landscaped and will be colourful with beautiful flowers.
On entering the modern villas you will find a large lounge area with plenty of space for inside dining and patio doors open onto a large front terrace with garden area. This outside space is perfect for sitting around your table in the evenings enjoying, the peace and quiet.
There is a separate kitchen with modern high gloss units, again with patio doors that lead out onto another terrace. To complete the ground floor there is a lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower.
On the first floor you will find three good sized bedrooms, one with a private en-suite bathroom and all of which have patio doors giving access to the terrace areas. Finally, there is a modern family bathroom with plenty of fitted units for storage and there is a walk in shower.
On the top floor you will find the large master bedroom, with en-suite facilities and patio doors that provide access to a large outside terrace area, the perfect place to relax and drink your morning coffee, or to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set.
